• At our office: You're more than welcome to visit our office at Wisma UOA II, Kuala Lumpur during the working day to complete your order and collect the buccal swab sample. If the test is for your child, your child must be present. If the test is for yourself, you'll need to be present for the sample collection. Our friendly team will be there to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
• At an authorised DNA collection center: We can assist you in scheduling an appointment at one of our approved partner centers. If the test is for your child, your child must be present. If it's for yourself, you'll need to be present for the sample collection. Our friendly partner staff will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
• At home: For maximum convenience, we offer free shipping of the DNA test kit directly to your home. You can easily collect the sample using our easy-to-use at-home test kit, following the included instructions or our video guide.

Please note that the return shipping cost to our office in Malaysia or Singapore will be the responsibility of the customer.
