Your child’s report will be ready in 4-6 weeks. You will receive a notification when the report is ready for viewing on your account.

Yes, it is. We will link your saliva sample to a specific sample ID that is identifiable to your saliva sample once you have filled in our registration form upon purchasing. This is to ensure that your DNA profile can only be accessed by you and that your privacy is protected. Until the registration is completed and consent form is signed, your DNA sample won't be processed.

DNA sample collection will be done at our office located in Wisma UOA II Kuala Lumpur with the presence of your child/children. Alternatively, you may collect your child's sample at home using our at-home DNA test kit. In order to ensure the highest quality of the sample, you are advised to not consume any food or drink (except mineral water) two hours before sample collection.

Once the saliva sample is collected, samples will be sent to our accredited lab in Singapore. All DNA extraction and genotyping are performed in an international accredited lab in Singapore and to date, our lab partner has processed close to 1,000,000 DNA samples.

Step 1 → DNA sample will be collected non-invasively through saliva using a buccal swab. Unlike blood withdrawal, this method is painless, side-effect free, fast and convenient.

Step 2 → DNA samples will be sent to a genomic lab in Singapore for extraction and genotyping.
